The SD100 Metal Detector is a direct response to security industry needs to detect ever smaller potentially dangerous metal objects concealed about a person or in their belongings. Razor blades, needles, wires can be detected far more easily with the SD100 than with conventional old-fashioned metal detectors.

EMD was designed for security detection in airports, stadiums, disco also for other security reasons, including detection to walls, narrow places or to pinpoint accurate a target signaled by a "walk through door" security detector, eliminating the need for hand search on the human body. The search head is foldable for discrete carriage and easy storage, by reducing the size. Comparable to other "blade" type security locators, EMD has a round search head, just like the professional ground searching detectors, to provide a better depth range. Automatic tuning requires no manual adjustements.
